International workshop ''HOT POINTS IN ASTROPHYSICS'' (22 - 26 August 2000, Dubna, Russia) S E C O N D C I R C U L A R ================================ General Information ------------------- The Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics of Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) will organize a small workshop on some basic present day problems of astrophysics. The workshop will be held on 22 - 26 August 2000 at the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics, JINR, Dubna Moscow region, Russia. Preliminary program ------------------- You can find the Preliminary program of our workshop in attachment. Arrival ------- Those participants who are not able to come to Dubna from Moscow airport station on their own are asked to inform the Organizing Committee not later than five working days before the arrival by e-mail the exact flight number, date and time of arrival. At the airport station, the participants will be met by representatives of the Organizing Committee carrying the label DUBNA. Outside the airport a car (or a bus) will be parked in the fenced-off area opposite the airport exit and will be marked "Dubna" on the windscreen. Dubna also can be reached by suburb trains or by bus from Savelovo railway station in Moscow (the nearest Metro Station is "Savelovskaya"). The times of departure and arrival of the suburb trains can be found on the homepage of the JINR http://cv.jinr.ru/. Registration ------------ The Conference Registration Desk at the "Dubna" Hotel (phone + 7 09621 62125) will be open between 17.00 and 23.00 on Monday, August 21 and will continue the work at the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (the Organizing Committee's room) during the workshop. Best regards and welcome to Dubna, the Organizing Committee.
